50 g butter
100 g low-fat curd cheese or gervais
dash lemon peel
1 tablespoon horseradish
salt, pepper, herbs to taste

Cream butter, add curd and gervais cheese and the other ingredients and stir until smooth. Fill bacon rashers, roll in and cool for some hours. Serve with salads or vegetables.
