- Zubereitung
Wash potatoes, peel and cut into quarters. Bring water to a boil, add salt and cook potatoes until fork tender. Strain the potatoes and mash them until very smooth, add warm butter and hot milk, season with salt and nutmeg. If you like, fry onion rings until crispy and put onto the mashed potatoes.
