700 - 800 g minced meat(pork and beef)
2 rolls
1 egg
40 g onions
parsley, salt, pepper
crushed garlic, majoram
50 g butter

- Zubereitung
Mince meat, soak rolls in cold water, squeeze out well and mince rolls.
Sweat diced onions and parsely in a little butter, cool and add to the meat-roll mixture. Add egg, season to taste and stir well to combine. If mixture is too soft, add some breadcrumbs or flour. Form patties and fry on both sides.
Tip: You can also serve them cold together with bread and fresh vegetables.
