4 eggs
200 g powder sugar
1 sachet vanilla sugar
1 pinch cinnamon
half a lemon juice
250 g flour
1/2 sachet baking powder
500 g raspberries

- Zubereitung
Beat eggs, powder and vanilla sugar until fluffy and smooth. Add cinnamon and lemon juice.
Sift the flour and the baking powder together and fold it into the mixture.
Spread the dough onto a greased baking tray and also spread the raspberries.
Preheat the oven to 160° C and bake it for about 35 minutes.
Leave the cake in the tin until cold und then sprinkle some powder sugar on top of the cake and cut it into pieces.
