- Zutaten
1 bunch soup vegetables (carrots, yellow carrot, small piece of celeriac, parsley root)
1 spring onion or 1/2 onion
1 zucchini
1/2 red peppera
1/2 kohlrabi
1 bay leave
1 teasponn summer savoury
3 juniper beeries
3/4 l water
salt, pepper
soup seasoning

- Zubereitung
Clean vegetable and peel if necessary and dice into small cubes. Coarsely chop the spring onion, put the vegetables into a pan, add summer savoury and soup seasoning, juniper berries and bay leave, pour over the water, bring to a boil and let it simmer for about 30 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and soup seasoning.
Tip: Take all the vegetables you have at hand.
