200 ml milk
40 g flour
1 pinch salt
1 pinch powder sugar
1 bunch parsley
120 g ham
150 g cheese
4 eggs
oil, butter
100 g crème fraîche

- Zubereitung
Stir milk, flour, salt and sugar to combine, leave room to swell. Finely chop parsley, cut the ham in strips and coarsely grate the cheese.
Fold the eggs and 1 tablespoon melted butter into the mixture. Heat some oil or butter in a pan and bake four pancakes until golden brown on both sides. Spread ham and cheese on the pancakes, roll them and put them in a buttered casserole. Stir crème fraîche and pour it over the pancakes. Now put the rest of the cheese on top of them. Preheat the oven to 190° C and bake for about 8-10 minutes. Serve with lettuce.
