1 l clear soup or vegetable soup
50 g semolina
1 small onion finely chopped
30 g butter
3-4 tabelspoons whipping cream
2 yolks
salt
thinly sliced chives

- Zubereitung
Heat butter and sweat onion, add semolina and roast for some minutes. Pour over hot soup and stir. Season to taste and cook for 5-8 minutes. Now remove from the cooker so that added whipping cream and yolks do not clot. Sprinkle with chivees.
