200 g butter
200 g powder sugar
4 eggs
200 g flour
(rum, vanilla sugar, organic lemon peel, raisins to taste)

- Zubereitung
Cream butter, yolks and sugar and enhance to taste with rum, vanilla sugar, organic lemon peel and raisins. Now add flour and the beaten egg whites. Butter and flour baking tin and bake at a moderate heat (170-180° C) for about 25 minutes.
Tip: Make needle test after 25 minutes, if it comes out dry, the cake is done.
