Cut the wiener sausages lenghtwise on top, don't cut them apart, fill with cheese and wrap with two bacon strips and fix with small skewers or tooth picks. Put sausages on the grill with the cut surface facing upwards or in a pan and grill or fry until bacon is very crispy.
