5 egg whites
120 g granulated sugar
140 g butter
120 g baking chocolate
140 g flour
1 teasponn baking powder

- Zubereitung
Beat egg whites until very stiff, add sugar little by little. Add half of the flour. Slowly heat butter and chocolate, cool and fold it into the mixture. Now sift the rest of the flour with the baking powder and add it. Butter and flour baking tin, spoon the mixture into it and bake it at about 175 ö180° C.
