400 g flour
12 g baking powder
400 g butter
120 g powder sugar
1 sachet vanilla sugar
1 organic lemon peel
4 eggs
1 vanilla yoghurt
600 g stoned cherries

- Zubereitung
Sift flour and baking powder together. Beat butter, powder and vanilla sugar, pinch salt and cinnamon and lemon peel until fluffy and smooth. Stir in the eggs, the flour mixture and the vanilla yoghurt. Spread it evenly on a greased baking tray and now spread the cherries all over the dough.
Preheat the oven to 175° C and bake it for about 30 minutes.
