400 g spinach
40 g butter
20 g flour
salt
garlic
some soup or milk ground nutmeg

- Zubereitung
Wash spinach, bring salt water to a boil and cook spinach for a few minutes. Sift and puree it with an immersion blender. Heat butter, add flour, stir until golden brown, add garlic and pour over some soup or milk, stir and bring to a short boil.
Tip: Spinach can also be cooked in salt water and topped with buttered breadcrumbs.
