60 g butter or butter oil
50 g flour
clear soup or broth
3 tblsp finely chopped chives
100 ml sour or sweet or cream
dash vinegar,salt, pepper

- Zubereitung
Heat butter and flour, stir well and pour over soup. Before serving, add chives, bring it to a boil and finally add the cream. You may add a dash vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
