180 g millet
1/4 l milk
40 g butter
salt
1 vanilla pod
1 lemon peel
3 yolks
3 tbsp honey
raisins to taste

- Zubereitung
Mix the millet together with milk, butter, salt, lemon peel and vanilla pod and cook until millet is done. Cool and add three yolks together with three tablespoons honey. Add raisins, beat the egg whites and gently fold it under the mixture.
Butter a casserole and sprinkle some breadcrumbs on the tin bottom. Now spoon in half of the millet mixture, put some fresh fruits onto it and spoon in the remaining dough. Preheat the oven and bake at 160° C for about 30 minutes. Serve with stewed fruit.
