300 g broccoli
150 g peas
2 carrots
3 red and green peppers
2 spring onions
20 g butter
10 g sugar

- Zubereitung
Cut broccoli into florets, wash peas, peel carrots and cut into thin sticks. Cook the vegetables separately al dente.
Now cut the peppers into sticks and thinly slice the onions and sweat in butter. Add the rest of the vegetables and season with salt and pepper.
