2 honeydew melons
4 peaches
50 g almonds or pignolia
dash vinegar
2 tablespoons Campari
4 tablespoons orange juice
3 table spoons maple syrup
3 tablespoons granulated sugar

- Zubereitung
Cut melons into half, scoop out half of the pulp and place in a bowl.
Cut peaches into wedges and add to the melon pulp. Add some dashes vinegar, a shot Campari and some orange juice. Mix it all with maple syrup.
Cut the melon even on the base and fill it with the fruit salad.
Add 3 tablespoons granulated sugar and heat until sugar turns light brown. Add very little water and toss sliced almonds or pignolia until caramelized. Sprinkle the salad with the nuts.
