2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
200 ml olive oil
100 ml sunflower oil
100 g sour cream
salt, pepper

- Zubereitung
Separate the yolk from the egg white. Mix yolk with lemon juice and vinegar and whisk until creamy. Add oil little by little, continuously stirring. Stir in sour cream, season with salt and pepper.
Goes well with various salads and vegetables.
