50 g butter
mustard, salt, pepper
2 pickles
100 g ham
salad leaves to garnish

- Zubereitung
Peel hard boiled eggs peel and cut in halves removing the yolk. Mix yolks together with mustard, salt, pepper, pickles and the finely sliced ham. Now fill this mixture into a pastry bag and fill it into the egg halves. Serve with some salad leaves.
