1 onion
ca. 1 l clear soup
200 ml single cream
2 pieces soft cheese
60 g butter cheese
nutmeg
white bread croûtons

Finely chop onions and roast in butter, add flour, sweat briefly and fill up with soup and cream, cook it for about 10 minutes. Mix the soup and add flavours.
