- Zubereitung
Wash potatoes, bring water to a boil, place potatoes in it, boil until fork tender, peel when still hot and slice them thinly. Heat a little oil, add the finely chopped onions and fry until light brown, add potatoes, roast until golden brown, toss and turn, fry crisply. Season with salt.
