50 g butter
3 eggs

- Zubereitung
Bring water, salt and butter to the boil. Add flour and stir until smooth and dough easily comes away from the sides of the pot and the wooden spoon. Cool and add the eggs, one after the other. Take a a piping bag with a nozzle and spoon the choux pastry mixture into the bag. Grease a baking tray, preheat the oven to 200° C and pipe small balls onto the baking tray and bake at 180° C for about 12-15 minutes, cool.
