Wash Carrots, leek, celery, onions, zucchini, aubergines etc., remove inedible parts. Cut into bite-size pieces. You may dredge veggies in flour, but it is not necessary. Heat ample oil and swiftly fry until crispy. Season with salt or a salt-paprika mix.
Tip: You can also season with herbs.
