150 g flour
1/2 sachet baking powder
1 egg
50 g garnulated sugar
30 g softened butter

Filling:
150 g grapes
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
30g butter
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1 pinch cinnamon

  • Zubereitung

Sift flour with baking powder. Add egg, sugar and butter and swiftly knead until smooth. Allow to rest in the fridge for about 1 hour.
Wash grapes, cut in halves, remove seeds. Melt granulated sugar, add grapes and stir. Add butter, breadcrumbs and cinnamon and roastl lightly, cool.
Sprinkle flour on a work surface, roll out dough 3 mm thick and cut out round pieces, brush them with butter and place one spoonful of the filling in the middle and clap over to close, pressing slightly.
Heat oil one finger high and fry turnovers until golden brown. Sprinkle with caster sugar and serve warm.
