120 g red onions
100 ml hot clear soup
mustard
apple vinegar
corn oil

- Zubereitung
Boil, pare and thinly slice potatoes.
For the marinade mix salt, mustard, soup, vinegar and oil. Thinly slice onions and add it to the marinade. Pour sauce over the potatoes and stir. Allow to soak for 15 minutes.
