4 salom steaks
Marinade:
juice of half lemon
1 teaspoon cumin
12 tablespoons olive oil
6 basil leaves
1 bunch parsley
herb pesto:
1 bunch parsley
1 bunch lemon balm
1 bunch basil
1/2 bunch thyme
2 tablespoons walnuts
50 ml rapeseed oil
salt, pepper

- Zubereitung
For the marinade mix all ingredients.
Place steaks in the sauce and allow to rest for one hour.
Herb pesto:
Pick the herbs from the stalks, slice thinly, puree with walnuts and oil, add salt.
Put steaks on the grill and grill on both sides. Serve with the herb pesto.
