25 g potato starch
30 g powder sugar
250 g curd cheese
6 egg whites
60 g granulated sugar
lemon juice
250 g berries to your personal liking

- Zubereitung
Cream eggs, potato starch, curd cheese and lemon juice. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in curd cheese mixture. Wash berries and fold in.
Butter and flour small casserole dishes, fill all in, preheat the oven and bake at 160° C for about 20 minutes. Take out, cool, and serve.
