- Zubereitung
Clean the spring onions and the courgettes and dice them into small cubes. Peel red onion, cut it coarsely. Cut the meat into smaller chunks. Mix the fresh herbs with 1 tablespoon oil and mix it in the meat. Now coat each chunk of meat with half bacon slice and thread them onto a skewer alternately with the onion slices, sprinkle with salt and roast crisply in oil.
