1 cauliflower head

- Zubereitung
Wash the cauliflower, cut off leaves and make a cross-wise cut on the stem side; take a large pan, bring salted water to the boil and put the cauliflower in it with the stem side facing downwards. Boil until the stem is just tender, turn it over and cook until tender. Then heat butter, add the breadcrumbs and roast them until golden brown. Now serve the cauliflower either whole or cut in small florets and sprinkle with buttered breadcrumbs.
