one lemon juice
100 g lettuce
Dresssing:
4 tablespoons mustard
1 tablespoon Dijon mustardbr>
8 tablespoons apple juice
2 tablespoons honey
4 tablespoons capers
120 ml rapeseed oil
salt, pepper

- Zubereitung
Pare, core and cut apples in halves, sprinkle with lemon juice and place on plates with the salad.
Mix mustard, 4 tablespoons apple juice, honey and capers and stir. Add oil dropwise. Add remaining apple juice, salt and pepper.
Sprinkle dressing on apple slices, and garnish with the rest of the capers.
