750 g apples grated with the skin
350 g dried fruits(choice of nuts, dates, figs, raisins etc.)
250 g brown sugar
1/6 l rum
500 g flour
pinch salt
1 sachet baking powder

- Zubereitung
Mix apples, dried fruits, sugar and rum and allow to rest for one night. The next day add baking powder, salt and stir to combine. Butter and flour a baking tin, spoon texture in and bake at 170° C for about 60 minutes.
