300 g sheep's milk cheese
2 teaspoons mustard
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon oregano
1 garlic clove
pepper, salt, paprika powder

- Zubereitung
Mix 4 slices sheep's milk cheese together with mustard, basil, oregano and thyme until smooth, add chopped garlic. Now evenly spread the paste on the remaining four cheese slices. Sprinkle with pepper and paprika powder and wrap each one in a sheet aluminium foil.
Preheat the oven to about 200° C and bake for about 20 minutes.
Tip:
Serve with baguette or pita bread.
