125 g flour
125 g fresh curd cheese (topfen)
125 g butter
1 pinch salt
1 egg
apricot jam

- Zubereitung
Quickly mix flour, curd cheese, butter, salt and knead until smooth and solid; allow to rest for one hour. Cut out squarish pieces (6 x 6 cm) put a spoonful apricot jam right in the middle of the dough, brush edges with a slightly beaten egg, fold edges one upon the other, slightly presssing. Preheat oven and bake at 180° C for about 15 minutes.
Tip:
You can also use any other jam. Sprinkle with caster sugar, if desired
