100 g apples
300 g pepper
50 g spring onions
100 g leek
2 garlic cloves
50 g parsley, chopped
20 g chervil
80 ml olive oil
salt, pepper, allspice
100 g Parmesan cheese

Wash vegetables and dice into bigger cubes. Coarsely chop herbs. Marinate vegetables with olive oil and herbs. Put vegetables into a barbecue bowl and season to taste with herbs. Grate Parmesan and sprinkle over vegetables. Put on the grill for about 30 minutes.
