8 even-sized codfish fillets
2 onions
3 garlic cloves
250 g red, green and yellow peppers
2 tomatoes
olive oil
3 tablespoons paprika
salt, pepper

- Zubereitung
Peel and finely chop onions and garlic, place in an aluminium foil barbecue bowl and put on the hot grill. Add olive oil and the diced peppers. Grill for about 5 minutes, turning several times.
Slice tomatoes into small cubes, add to the peppers and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Grill for about 10 minutes.
Wash fish fillets, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Place on barbecue bowl and evenly spread the vegetables. Grill fish fillets on both sides for about 10 minutes and, before serving, garnish with parsley .
