500 g tomatoes
1/2 bunch oregano or basil
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
salt, pepper
1 frisee lettuce
4 small round goat's cheese ( or 250 g mozzarella)

- Zubereitung
Wash tomatoes, remove inedible parts and cut into slices. Rinse oregano, pat dry and pick leaves. Heat oil in a pan, add oregano leaves for 5 seconds only, remove from the oil and drain excess oil. Now stir in vinegar, salt and pepper.
Wash and dry salad and tear in bite-size pieces, lay out on 4 plates or on one large plate. Cut goat's cheese into slices and place on plate together with tomatoes. Shortly before serving, drizzle dressing over the salad.
