1 kg new potatoes
salt, carawaybr> 2 bay leaves
100 g butter
mustard, garlic
various herbs to your liking

- Zubereitung
Wash them well, brush if needed and pat dry.
Take a pot with a strainer insert, put in water to cover the insert, add caraway and bay leaves and bring it to a boil. Now put in the potatoes, add salt, cover and let it steam cook until fork tender. Now cream butter, season with salt, mustard and garlic and add herbs to your personal liking. Make a lenghtwise cut on top of the potatoes and fill in the herb butter.
