herb butter:
100 g butter
parsley
dill
sage
garlic
aluminium foil

- Zubereitung
Clean mackerels, rub with lemon juice and salt. For the herb butter mix all ingredients to a smooth paste.
Fill mackerels with herb butter and wrap in foil. Grill on each side for about 10 minutes.
