20 pieces medium-sized, new potatoes
olive oil
1 tablespoon coarse sea salt
fresh curd cheese (topfen)
various seasonings such as pepper, oregano, thyme, majoram, chive, parsley etc.

  • Zubereitung

Wash potatoes, brush them up if needed and pat them dry. Preheat the oven to 190° C. Poke the potatoes for several times and rub them with oil. Roll in sea salt and put them on the baking tray and bake for about 45 minutes. Poke one potatoe to see if they are fork tender. Now mix curd cheese with seasonings and chives, make a lengthwise cut on the top of the potatoes and fill in the spicy mixture.
