150 g onions
1 iceberg lettuce
3 tablespoons vinegar (wine vinegar)
olive oil
salt, pepper

- Zubereitung
Thinly slice tomatoes, peel onions and dice into small cubes. Clean and wash salad and cut into 2 about 2 cm wide strips.
Mix vinegar with 3 tablespoons water, add salt, pepper and oil, stirring gently. Put onions, tomatoes and lettuce in a bowl and pour over marinade.
