600 g pork loin
marinade:
6 garlic cloves
80 ml white wine
cayenne pepper
some paprika powder, mild
cumin
half organic lemon juice
125 ml olive oil

- Zubereitung
Cut meat in 3 cm thick cubes. Peel garlic and finely chop the cloves. Mix white wine together with cayenne pepper, paprika powder, cumin and garlic. Stir in lemon juice and olive oil. Now add the meat cubes and allow them to rest for 5-6 hours in the fridge.
Remove meat from the marinade, drip the marinade off well and thread onto skewers.
