2 fennel bulbs
50 ml vermouth
some flour

- Zubereitung
Wash fennel bulbs and cut off the green bits. Boil in salted water for about 6 minutes, rinse over cold water. Cut lengthwise in about 1 cm thick slices, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with vermouth. Dust with flour and put on the grill, turning over once.
