450 plain flour
1/2 sachet baking powder
5 eggs
250 g butter handwarm
250 g powder sugar
1 sachet vanilla sugar
half organic lemon peel
pinch salt
120 ml milk
topping:
1 kg gooseberries and 200 g other berries
jelly icing

- Zubereitung
Sift flour with baking powder. Cream butter with powder sugar, vanilla sugar, grated lemon peel and salt. Add the eggs. Alternately fold in flour and milk.
Line baking tray with parchment paper, place dough onto it and evenly spread washed berries. Preheat the oven to 170° C and bake for approx. 50 minutes.
Cool cake for half hour, prepare jelly icing acc. to instruction and pour over the cake.
