500 g courgettes
1/4 l yoghurt
salt, pepper
0regano, finely chopped dill
pinch sugar

1 teaspoon mustard

- Zubereitung
Wash, peel and thinly slice courgettes, add salt, stir, cover with a tea towel and allow it to rest for 1 hour. Squeeze out liquid well. Stir yoghurt, salt, oil and seasonings to combine. Add dill and sugar and courgettes. Cool it again in the fridge for half hour.
