150 g flour
1.5 teaspoons baking powder
1 pinch salt
60 g powder sugar
120 g nuts of your own choide
400 g red currants
5 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla sugar

- Zubereitung
Mix flour with baking powder, salt, sugar and ground nuts. Crush red currants with a fork. Add milk, butter, egg and vanilla sugar and combine well. Add flour and stir until smooth. Now butter and flour muffin tins, spoon in the mixture until 3/4 of the tin is filled (about 8 tins). Preheat the oven and bake at 160° C for about 20 minutes.
