4 eggs
120 g powder sugar
120 all-purpose flour
1 sachet vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons water
Cream:
3 cups yoghurt
10 leaves gelatine
powder sugar to taste
1 sachet vanilla sugar
dash lemon juice
pinch salt
250 g blueberries, puree
250 ml whipping cream
blueberries to spread
gelatin to coat

- Zubereitung
Beat eggs with water, sugar and vanilla sugar, add flour, salt and baking powder. Grease and flour baking tray, spread mixture evenly, preheat the oven and bake at 180° C for about 10-12 minutes. Take out and cool.
Cream:
Stir yoghurt together with sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice until smooth and add the pureed blueberries. Prepare gelatine according to instruction and fold into the yoghurt mixture, beat whipping cream until stiff and also fold in.
Spread a thin layer of blueberry jam onto the biscuit, afterwards evenly spread the yoghurt mixture densely spread the blueberries onto the cream, prepare gelatin according to instruction and pour it over the berries.
