250 g fresh raspberries
250 ml lemon icecream
200 ml sparkling wine
4 lemon slices to decorate

- Zubereitung
Wash the raspberries, mix in an immersion blender and put them in the fridge.
Give lemon ice in a bowl and add half of the raspberry mixture. Stir in half of the sparkling wine.
Now add the remaining raspberries and the sparkling wine and gently stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Before serving, put the glasses in the fridge, then fill in the sorbet and decorate with the lemon slices.
