100 g all-purpose flour
50 g cornstarch
6 egggs
1/2 sachet vanilla sugar
pinch salt
half organic lemon peel
80 g marchpane
120 g butter
100 granulated sugar

- Zubereitung
Mix yolks with vanilla sugar, salt, grated lemon peel and marzipan. Add soft butter and beat until fluffy.
Beat egg whites until stiff, slowly adding the sugar and fold in the marzipan mixture. Also fold in flour and cornstarch.
Butter cake tin, spoon in the mixture, spread apricots halves onto it, slightly pressing the fruits into the dough.
Preheat the oven, bake at 170° C for about 50 minutes. Remove from the oven, cool off in the tin.
